  • Primary Delivery Zone: We deliver fresh orders within Cape Town and surrounding suburbs (including Salt River, CBD, Atlantic Seaboard, Southern Suburbs, and surrounds).

  • Delivery Schedule: Orders are freshly prepared and dispatched during our standard kitchen operating hours.

2. Same-Day & Instant Local Delivery

  • Hot & Prepared Foods: All orders of hot Suya, Jollof Rice, and Shawarma are cooked fresh to order and dispatched immediately via our local courier partners to ensure maximum freshness.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Standard local delivery usually takes between 30 to 60 minutes after order confirmation, depending on your location and traffic conditions.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your exact delivery address and distance from our kitchen in Salt River.

4. Order Tracking & Communication

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation.

  • As soon as your order is picked up by our driver, a live tracking link will be provided so you can follow your hot delivery in real-time.

5. Receiving Your Order

  • Because we deliver freshly cooked food and perishable cold-pressed beverages, please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the order.

  • If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, redelivery fees may apply.

6. Catering & Event Deliveries

  • For large event catering orders or live-grill station bookings, delivery and setup times are arranged directly with our team prior to the event date.
